I'm psychologist Lilian Reis, a woman who has been on a journey of transformation through self-care, self-love and healing my inner child. I graduated in psychology from Estácio de Sá University in 2006 and later completed a postgraduate course in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Gestalt Therapy at Celso Lisboa University. I work with teenagers and adults online and in person.

For many years in my life I behaved in an anxious and impulsive way, where my actions were based on 8 or 80, in other words, all or nothing. Life can be challenging and sometimes we all need help to navigate our complexities. As a psychologist, I'm here to offer a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and learn effective strategies for dealing with the challenges you face.
