Why was it needed?
We realized the pressing need for a reliable mechanism to render videos with precision for automotive UI requirements. When one of our valued customers was struggling to find a suitable solution for their AGL-based product, we stepped in with "sisigwaylandsink" to save the day!
How it all began:
Our customer had specific requirements for videos, instrument clusters, and customer apps on the Wayland surface display. Unfortunately, they faced roadblocks while seeking support from diffrent vendors. Frustrated with no viable solutions, they turned to us, and that's when the wheels of innovation started turning.
